Your privacy is important to us. When you contact us via email or phone, we temporarily store your data (e.g., your email or notes from our call) to process your request.

If your inquiry leads to a booking, we will keep your data for administrative purposes until your stay. For legal accounting reasons, we are required to store booking information for up to 7 years. This data is kept securely on our local computer and as physical copies in a folder.

If your inquiry does not result in a booking, we have no reason to retain your data and will delete your email or discard any notes taken.

This applies to direct bookings. If you book through a third-party platform like Airbnb or Booking.com, your data will also be processed by them. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for more information.
