Data Processing for Bookings

If your inquiry leads to a booking, the specific host of your accommodation will keep your data for administrative purposes. For legal accounting reasons (e.g., tax regulations), hosts are required to store booking information for up to 7 years. This data is kept securely on the host's local systems and as physical copies.

Data Deletion

If your inquiry does not result in a booking, there is no reason to retain your data. In this case, your emails and any notes taken will be deleted immediately by the host.

Third-Party Bookings

Please note: If you book through a third-party platform like Airbnb or Booking.com, your data will also be processed by them. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for more information.
